Dawood Sardar lived on the top floor of the east wing of this beautiful building for as long as we remember. A hindi movie starring Dara Singh was shot at this location. There was a scene where a baby was thrown from the rooftop. There were paddle tennis courts in the space where the structure to the left was built.
